April was all about...our wedding.

An amazing April 6th, a 24 hour travel period, a shiny new iPod and beautiful pearls. A wonderful honeymoon with sweet and frothy drinks. A smelly puppy and tanned skin, a few warm spring days at last!

Yesterday was: a quick to granville island trip, a warm rainy night, dense cinnamon rugelach, the intoxicating scent of fresh bread and pork, and burgers at hells kitchen

Yesterday was: Fresh olibollen, dreary day, a warm blanket, tv marathons, sourpuss martini and a pizza celebration and my first olive.

Yesterday was: a long morning sleep, a walk in the snow, a day in the kitchen, a two cookies stand-off, spicy stew, dinner with family, first aid on the puppy and a cardamom coffee creme-caramel.

Another wonderful night in the city.

We went to the symphony and though I have no photo evidence I'll tell you it was magical.

The following day we went for a short hike up mount thom.
