Dinner with the Grandparents

We had Grandma and Grandpa over for dinner last night.  This is what we ate:

A classic caesar salad, with a dressing recipe from Cooks Illustrated

Homemade fettucini with a braised beef and mushroom ragu and Shane's AWESOME garlic bread.

A chocolate mousse from David Lebovitz which I've made many times before and always really well.  This time however I was in a hurry and overcooked the egg, so the texture was way off.
